INTRODUCTION
Common People is a specialty coffee roasters with a focus on creating own brand coffee products for our customers. It is the product of eight years of working in the specialty coffee industry - using this experience to launch a collaborative white label service.
Common People’s roastery is located in the Vale of Avoca, surrounded by the wilds of Wicklow. We believe in a collective approach to wholesale speciality coffee.

Common People is about creating space for anyone to have own brand specialty roasted coffee. We source our coffee ethically and sustainably from farms around the world.
We take our own approach to wholesale - with an aim to play a part in the modern wave of coffee roasting by collaborating with customers far and wide to create their own coffee product.

Our model allows us to supply cafes, hotels, restaurants and offices with a bespoke coffee solution tailored to the specifics of their brand. Common People is a coffee roasters fully focused on collaborating with customers on creating their own products, allowing them to have their coffee and drink it too.
Common People is a modern means to speciality coffee - allowing customers to get involved in choosing origin, variety and process from the outset. We provide opportunity to create own brand coffee without the investment of owning a roaster. By collaborating with Common People customers fully engage in creating their product. Once chosen, your coffee is roasted and packed in your branded packaging.
Packaging options include 1kg and 250g bags. For local customers we can supply coffee in reusable branded drums.
OUR ROASTERY
Common People sources coffee from sustainable sources around the world. We roast on our 1960’s PROBAT UG22 vintage coffee roaster. Our roaster was completely rebuilt in Germany by PROBAT - with integrated sensors and technology added to enable us to map our roasts. We chose a vintage PROBAT as it allows the perfect balance between manual sensory skills and technology. We are fully engaged with the coffee at all times resulting in the sweetest of roasts. Our mid-century PROBAT is the heart of our production HQ in Avoca.
